Lupidor is the all-natural plant alternative for milk powder and milk proteins in the manufacturing of ice cream. The specifically developed formula based on lupin flour has excellent emulsifying and stabilizing qualities, resulting in an ice cream of excellent creaminess and form stability. Utilization of 5 - 10% is recommended.
