Lupidor is the pure plant alternative for whole milk powder in chocolate manufacturing. Roller-drying of lupin flour results in a pleasant roasting flavour, which goes perfectly with its sweet neutral taste. Milk powder can be replaced 1:1 in existing formulas without changing the manufacturing process (blending, rolling, conching). The addition of nuts and flavours may refine the taste.
The nutritional value of Lupidor is comparable to that of whole milk powder – the amount of protein and fat are nearly the same. In addition, Lupidor contains 20% of valuable lupin fibres.
